How long will it take for delivery and pick-up?
It
takes approximately 20-30 minutes each
for delivery, set-up, and pick-up
2. What
is the ideal spot to set up the inflatable unit?
The best
location for ideal fun is a flat, open, grassy area with no slopes.
Make sure
there are no overhanging trees that can cause damage to the bounce
house. A 5 feet
buffer on each side and above is recommended for all inflatable units.
3.
What is needed to set up an inflatable unit?
For power, a standard 110V household outlet is required. We
provide extension cords for
outlets that may be a distance from the unit. For the water
slides, a standard outside
water faucet is required. A hose is provided if needed

5.
What about deposits, payment and cancellations?
We do not
require a deposit. However, if you are going to cancel, please
call us as soon
as you know so we can make the inflatable unit available for someone
else. Once we setup there is no refund. Payment is due at setup.

What is the rain or bad weather policy?
We reserve
the right not to setup with bad weather pending. If we cancel due to
weather you will not be charged
